With all due respect, I demand that you take immediate action to make sure fatally flawed legislation (<a href="https://nyassembly.gov/leg/?bn=A08866&term=2023" target="_blank">A8866</a>/<a href="https://www.nysenate.gov/legislation/bills/2023/S8357" target="_blank">S8357</a>) is not enacted into law even though it aims to prohibit well permits from being issued to an applicant that uses carbon dioxide to complete or recomplete natural gas or oil resources.

Please note that I am a signatory to a coalition letter which respectfully requests that New York prohibit all forms of High-Volume Hydraulic Fracturing combined with horizontal drilling.
