many troubling issues

Dear Ms Enck / Mr. Martens:

As illustrated in the recent NY times series on hydrofracking, there are many troubling issues about wastewater disposal and recycling that need to be addressed before opening NYS up to hydrofracking.
Most troubling were the issues of very high salt content, and a dangerous level of radioactivity as well as radon and benzene, among other toxic chemicals.

Please do everything within your power to faciliate the withdrawal of the current draft SGEIS, and expand the scope of a new SGEIS. NYS's drinking water is an extremely valuable resource. Farms, organic and conventional, tourism upstate and wineries all depend heavily on our plentiful water, as do our citizens.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Susan T
